Q1: Can I get samples from your factory?
A: Yes, the sample is free, but the express charge is yours.

Q2: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with it?
A: Before delivery, the quality inspection department will check the quality.   If any quality problems are found, we will directly re-produce.   After completing the quality inspection, we will take product photos and videos for you.   After your confirmation, we will ship.   If there are any quality problems within three months after receiving the goods, we will re-produce them for you.

Q3:What’s the delivery time?
A: Pvc products need 3-5 days. Paper products need 3-7 days. Metal products need 15-20 days. NFC products need 3-15 days Acrylic products need 5-12 days.

Q4.   What is the standard of the package?
A. Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

Q5.   Do you accept OEM business?
A. Yes, we are OEM supplier.

Q6.   What kind of certificate do you have?
A . We have ISO9001, GRS, EPR, SGS.
