1. After receiving the product, if you find that the card has quality problems, provide us with pictures or videos of the cards with quality problems, and we promise to remake it for free.

2. Before the product is produced, we will confirm the file production details with you. You must confirm that the information displayed on the file is correct. If you find that the information is wrong or missing after receiving the product, we need to charge and re-make it for you.
